This policy applies to the “AI Creator” course sold by DH Academy AI, a trade name of Gonchar Group LLC (Florida, USA). It is part of our Terms of Service. All amounts are in US dollars (USD).

1. 14-day money-back guarantee (all plans)

If you request a refund within 14 days of the cohort start date, we refund 100% of what you paid. No questions asked, no forms.

  • Cohort 1 starts on October 19, 2026. If you paid before the start, you can request a full refund through November 1, 2026 (23:59 UTC).
  • If you paid after the cohort start, the 14 days run from the date of your payment, but no later than the end of week 3 of the cohort (November 8, 2026, 23:59 UTC).
  • During these two weeks you go through modules 0–2, which is enough to decide whether the course is right for you.
  • Mini-course “Your First Viral AI Video Starring You” (USD 29): 100% refund within 14 days of the payment date, no questions asked. Access to the mini-course closes on the day of the refund. If you bought the mini-course and then the full course within 14 days, the USD 29 is credited toward the course price.

2. Installments

If you pay in installments and request a refund within the 14-day period, we refund everything you have paid and cancel all remaining payments.

3. Review guarantee (With Review plan)

On cohort 1 we review homework within 72 hours (submissions made on Saturday or Sunday are counted from Monday). If we miss this period twice for your submissions, you choose one of the following:

  • a refund of the difference between the price you paid and the Self-paced price (for example, USD 110 on the With Review plan at the cohort 1 price: USD 247 − USD 137); or
  • a free transfer to the next cohort with human curator review.

4. Finish guarantee (With Review plan)

If you submitted all homework on time (or with an extension we agreed to) but did not complete all 5 portfolio works, you can take the next cohort with curator review free of charge.

5. Cancellation or changes by us

  • If cohort 1 has fewer than 5 enrolled students, we may move it to the next cohort. You then choose a 100% refund or a transfer that keeps your cohort 1 price.
  • If we cancel a cohort or materially reduce what your plan includes, you choose a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort at your price.

6. After the 14-day period

After the 14-day period, payments are not refundable, except under the guarantees in Sections 3–5 or where a refund is required by law. Remaining installments stay due. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country, such as the right of withdrawal in the EU or UK; where such rights apply, our 14-day guarantee is provided in addition to them.

7. How to request a refund

  1. Email ceo@gonchar.group or write to our Telegram bot @dhacademy_bot. Include your name, the email you used for payment and your plan. You do not need to give a reason.
  2. We confirm your request within 2 business days.
  3. We issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of confirmation. We do not deduct any fees. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show the refund.
  4. Access to the learning platform and cohort chat ends on the day of the refund.

8. Graduate Club

The free club month(s) included in your plan require no card and do not convert into a paid subscription automatically. A paid club subscription can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops all future charges.

9. Disputes and chargebacks

If something went wrong with a payment or with the course, please contact us first: we reply within 2 business days and resolve most issues directly. Contact details are on our Contact page.

10. Digital delivery

  • The course is delivered online only. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping fees.
  • After payment we send access to the learning platform and the cohort chat by email and Telegram within 1 hour for payments made between 08:00 and 23:00 UTC, and by 09:00 UTC for payments made at night (23:00–08:00 UTC).
  • Module 0 opens on October 19, 2026, at 06:00 UTC; other modules open weekly. Live review sessions take place on Thursdays at 12:00 PM Miami time and are recorded.
  • Access to lessons and recordings lasts 12 months from the cohort start date.
  • If you have not received access within the times above, write to ceo@gonchar.group.

Если ты попросишь возврат в течение 14 дней с даты старта потока, мы вернём 100% оплаты. Без анкет и объяснения причин.

  • Поток 1 стартует 19 октября 2026. Если ты оплатил до старта, вернуть всю сумму можно до 1 ноября 2026 включительно (23:59 UTC).
  • Если оплатил после старта — 14 дней с даты оплаты, но не позже конца 3-й недели потока (8 ноября 2026, 23:59 UTC).
  • За эти две недели ты пройдёшь модули 0–2 — этого достаточно, чтобы понять, твоё это или нет.
  • Рассрочка: в течение 14 дней возвращаем всё оплаченное, оставшиеся платежи отменяются.
  • Мини-курс «Первый вирусный AI-ролик с тобой в главной роли» ($29): возврат 100 % в течение 14 дней с даты оплаты, без объяснения причин. Доступ к мини-курсу закрывается в день возврата. Если после мини-курса ты в течение 14 дней купил курс, $29 засчитываются в его цену.

2. Гарантии и другие случаи возврата

Гарантия проверки (тариф «С проверкой»)

На потоке 1 разбираем ДЗ до 72 часов (работы, сданные в субботу или воскресенье, — с понедельника). Если мы дважды нарушили этот срок по твоим работам, ты выбираешь: вернуть разницу между оплаченной ценой и ценой «Самостоятельного» (например, $110 на тарифе «С проверкой» по цене запуска: $247 − $137; по обычным ценам — $150: $347 − $197) или бесплатно перейти в следующий поток с проверкой куратором-человеком.

Гарантия финиша (тариф «С проверкой»)

Если ты сдавал все ДЗ в срок (или с согласованным переносом), но не собрал 5 работ, — пройдёшь следующий поток с куратором бесплатно.

Если поток отменяем или меняем мы

Если на поток 1 запишутся меньше 5 студентов, мы можем перенести его на следующий поток: ты выбираешь возврат 100% или перенос с сохранением цены потока 1. Если мы отменим поток или существенно сократим то, что входит в тариф, — полный возврат или перевод в следующий поток по твоей цене.

После 14 дней

После 14 дней оплата не возвращается, кроме гарантий выше и случаев, когда возврат требует закон. Оставшиеся платежи рассрочки сохраняются. Политика не ограничивает права потребителя по закону твоей страны (например, право отказа в ЕС или Великобритании) — наша гарантия действует дополнительно к ним.

Клуб выпускников

Бесплатные месяцы клуба не требуют карты и не превращаются в платную подписку автоматически. Платную подписку можно отменить в любой момент — дальнейших списаний не будет.

3. Как вернуть деньги

  1. Напиши на ceo@gonchar.group или в Telegram-бот @dhacademy_bot: имя, email, с которого платил, тариф. Причину объяснять не нужно.
  2. Мы подтверждаем запрос в течение 2 рабочих дней.
  3. Возврат — на тот же способ оплаты в течение 5 рабочих дней после подтверждения, без удержания комиссий. Банку может понадобиться ещё 5–10 рабочих дней.
  4. Доступ к платформе и чату потока закрывается в день возврата.

Споры и оспаривание платежа. Если что-то пошло не так с оплатой или курсом, сначала напиши нам — отвечаем в течение 2 рабочих дней и решаем большинство вопросов напрямую.

4. Как мы предоставляем курс

  • Курс — только онлайн. Физически ничего не доставляется, платы за доставку нет.
  • После оплаты присылаем доступ к учебной платформе и чату потока письмом и в Telegram: в течение 1 часа для оплат с 08:00 до 23:00 UTC и до 09:00 UTC для ночных оплат (23:00–08:00 UTC).
  • Модуль 0 открывается 19 октября 2026 в 06:00 UTC, остальные — каждую неделю. Живые разборы — по четвергам в 12:00 по Майами, с записью.
  • Доступ к урокам и записям — 12 месяцев с даты старта потока.
