This page explains how DH Academy AI (a trade name of Gonchar Group LLC) earns money from recommendations, in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides.
1. Affiliate links
Some links in our course lessons, notes, emails, Telegram bot and social media posts are affiliate links. If you buy a product or subscription through such a link, the School may receive a commission from the service. Your price does not change. If a service gives its own discount through our link, we say so; the discount comes from the service, not from us.
This website itself does not contain affiliate links.
2. How we label affiliate links
- Next to and before each affiliate link, in plain words: “Paid link: we earn a commission if you buy. Your price does not change.”
- In video lessons — by voice and with an on-screen label at the moment of the recommendation, not only in the description.
- In lesson notes — a label at each link and a short paragraph at the start of the lesson explaining how the School earns from recommendations.
3. How we choose tools
- We recommend tools we use in our own production work.
- Many core tools in the course have no affiliate program, and we teach them anyway.
- Where a comparable free or non-affiliate alternative exists, we name it next to the affiliate link.
- A commission never decides what we teach or how we rate a tool.
- We do not promise income next to affiliate links.
4. Material connections
- Dmitry Gonchar is the founder and owner of DH Academy AI. When he talks about the course on his social media, he is promoting his own business.
- Gonchar AI, the agency that offers test assignments to graduates, is owned by the same owner as the School.
- Students, graduates and team members who share affiliate links or talk about the course for a benefit must clearly disclose that connection too.
5. Reviews and AI-generated content
- Cohort 1 is our first cohort, so we have no graduate testimonials yet, and we will not invent them.
- Future testimonials will be published only with the student’s written consent and real name. We do not pay for positive reviews or suppress negative ones. Statements by our team are labeled as such.
- Images and videos made with AI are labeled as AI-generated where platforms require it. AI characters are never presented as real students or customers.

- В видеоуроке — голосом и плашкой в момент рекомендации, а не только в описании.
- В конспекте — пометка у каждой ссылки и абзац в начале урока «Как школа зарабатывает на рекомендациях».
Как выбираем инструменты
- Рекомендуем то, чем пользуемся в собственном продакшне.
- У многих ключевых инструментов курса партнёрской программы нет — мы всё равно их преподаём.
- Если есть сопоставимый бесплатный или непартнёрский аналог, называем его рядом.
- Комиссия не влияет на то, чему мы учим и как оцениваем инструмент.
- Рядом с партнёрскими ссылками не обещаем доход.
2. Связи, отзывы и ИИ-контент
- Дмитрий Гончар — основатель и владелец DH Academy AI. Когда он рассказывает о курсе в своих соцсетях, он продвигает собственный бизнес.
- Агентство Gonchar AI, которое даёт выпускникам тестовые задания, принадлежит тому же владельцу, что и школа.
- Студенты, выпускники и члены команды, которые публикуют партнёрские ссылки или рассказывают о курсе за вознаграждение, тоже обязаны явно об этом сообщать.
- Поток 1 — наш первый, отзывов выпускников пока нет, и мы не будем их придумывать. Будущие отзывы — только с письменного согласия студента и с настоящим именем. Мы не платим за положительные отзывы и не скрываем отрицательные. Высказывания команды помечаем.
- Картинки и видео, сделанные нейросетями, помечаем там, где этого требуют площадки. AI-персонажей никогда не выдаём за реальных студентов или клиентов.
