2. This website
- Advertising pixel only with your consent. If you click “Allow” in the banner, we load the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit (pages, clicks on payment buttons, sign-ups) so that we can measure and show our ads. If you sign up or pay after giving consent, our server also sends Meta a hashed (SHA-256) email, country and the purchase amount via the Conversions API. If you click “Decline” or ignore the banner, no pixel is loaded and nothing is sent to Meta. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Anonymous visit statistics. Our own server counts page views, how much of the free video was watched (25/50/75/100%), clicks on payment and mini-course buttons, and the ad campaign labels in the link (UTM tags). These counts contain no IP address, no identifiers, no email and no cookies, and cannot be linked to you. UTM tags from your first visit are kept only in this browser tab (session storage) and are attached to your sign-up or payment so that we know which campaign worked.
- Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored only in your browser’s local storage and is never sent to us.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and Google receives your IP address and browser information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.
- This website has no forms and does not accept payments.
3. Data we collect when you contact us or enroll
- Contact data: name, email address, Telegram username and ID, Instagram username if you message us there.
- Enrollment and payment data: chosen plan, amount, payment status and date, country of payment. Card details are entered on the payment processor’s page; we do not receive full card numbers.
- Learning data: homework and portfolio submissions, review results, progress, messages in the cohort chat.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, Telegram or Instagram.
- Survey answers you choose to give in our Telegram bot (for example, your experience level).
4. How we use your data and legal bases

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as these terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act). Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can send /stop in our Telegram bot at any time.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When we transfer data from the EU, UK or other regions, we rely on safeguards offered by our providers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Learning data and chat membership — while you have access to the course and for 12 months after access ends.
- Payment and tax records — as long as required by law (generally up to 7 years).
- Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Website server logs — up to 30 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California may also request to know what personal information we collect and to delete it; we will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To use any right, email ceo@gonchar.group. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Access to student data is limited to the people who run the course. Card payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant payment processors on their own secure pages; we never see or store full card details.
10. Children
Our courses are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

3. Какие данные мы получаем, когда ты пишешь нам или записываешься
- Контакты: имя, email, имя пользователя и ID в Telegram, имя в Instagram, если ты пишешь нам там.
- Запись и оплата: тариф, сумма, статус и дата оплаты, страна платежа. Данные карты вводятся на странице платёжного провайдера — полный номер карты мы не получаем.

Зачем используем
Чтобы записать тебя на курс, выдать доступ, проводить обучение, разбирать ДЗ и отвечать на вопросы (исполнение договора); проводить оплаты и возвраты, вести учёт и налоги, проверять по санкционным спискам (требование закона); автоматически разбирать ДЗ ИИ-ассистентом школы (статус «зачёт» или «на доработку»; вопросы по разбору — пиши нам); присылать служебные сообщения о потоке; присылать рассылки о новых курсах и эфирах — только с твоего согласия, его можно отозвать в любой момент; обеспечивать безопасность и улучшать курс (законный интерес).
Мы не продаём и не сдаём в аренду твои персональные данные. В каждом письме есть ссылка для отписки, а в Telegram-боте можно в любой момент отправить /stop.
5. Твои права, безопасность, возраст
В зависимости от страны проживания у тебя может быть право узнать, какие данные у нас есть, исправить или удалить их, получить копию, возразить против обработки или ограничить её, отозвать согласие. Жители Калифорнии могут запросить сведения о собранных данных и их удаление; за использование этих прав мы не ухудшаем условия. Чтобы воспользоваться правом, напиши на ceo@gonchar.group — ответим в течение 30 дней. Можно также пожаловаться в орган по защите данных своей страны.
Безопасность. Сайт работает по HTTPS. Доступ к данным студентов есть только у тех, кто ведёт курс. Оплаты картой проходят на защищённых страницах платёжных провайдеров, соответствующих PCI DSS; полные данные карт мы не видим и не храним.
Возраст. Курсы — для взрослых от 18 лет. Мы сознательно не собираем данные детей; если ребёнок прислал нам данные — напиши, и мы их удалим.
